~ Aperitif ~

A Glass of Bubbly on Arrival

Canapés ~

Hot smoked salmon and garden pea mousse served in a glass

Skewer of pickled watermelon with feta, coriander and sumac

~ Starters ~

Finest Scottish haggis parcels wrapped in filo pastry with sweet fresh plum and red wine coulis 

King scallops served with lime tomato and chervil butter, green apple, baby radish and rocket leaves

Ricotta stack with leek, spinach and tarragon with roast pumpkin seeds, served with beetroot coulis and savoury walnut shortbread

Rabbit and prune terrine, celeriac slaw, served with thyme, pink peppercorn and brandy jelly


~ Mains ~ 

Fillet of Scottish beef served with bubble and squeak, accompanied by a confit of shallots, mushroom roulade and whisky sauce

Baked fillet of Halibut with a chorizo crust served with courgette, garlic and lemon bake and tomato salsa, accompanied by a winter leaf salad

Rack of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, braised green lentils and smoked bacon, accompanied by baby onions and an orange and winter spiced sauce

Cauliflower, sweet potato and mozzarella bake with cauliflower béchamel, served with roasted red pepper and chive salsa with toasted flaked almonds


~ Puddings ~

Rhubarb and pear trifle, with ginger cream and an amoretti biscuit

Clementine and white chocolate meringue roulade, with lime syrup and winter fruit salad

Vanilla pod crème brulee, accompanied by shortbread and a bramble, port and sugar cane compote

Selection of 4 artisan cheeses from George Mewes with baby oatcakes, home-made chutney and grapes 


Artisan roasted coffee or tea selection with homemade tablet 


Hogmanay Dinner £69

A 10% service charge will be added to each bill.


We have private dining options available. Please inquire as to availability.


You would be most welcome to visit our Gin and Wine bar at Dublin Street (ground floor), to enjoy a pre-dinner drink. Scottish gins, champagne, fine wines, Paolozzi Edinburgh craft lager on tap, and bottled Scottish beers.


Please note that last orders will be taken at 9:00 pm and the restaurant will close by 11:00 pm.


Bookings of 6 or more people are requested to pay a non-refundable £10 per person deposit.
